We will be holding a special luncheon in celebration of the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation 50th Anniversary from 12:00-1:30pm.

A: Attracting Younger Members- Vanguard Room 1 Presented by Christine Ewing, Marketing Coordinator, Kin Canada
In this session we’re getting to know a more socially aware, media savvy and sceptical generation. Kin Canada needs more youth (age 19 to 25) to ensure our organization continues to thrive well into the future. Learn how to capture their attention, get them interested in Kin and integrate them into your club.
B: SMART Successful Service Projects: A Practical Experience-Britannia Room Presented by: Robin Stanton and Pamela Barnes
An interactive discussion around service projects and what it takes to make them happen. Included in this breakout session will be an address on what it takes to separate us from the rest of the pack in the media’s eyes, in other words “Media Buy In”.
C: How to file a T2 return - Admiral Room Presented by: Natalie Oulette from Revenue Canada
This session will provide information to the members as to why they have to file a T2 tax return and provide them with the skills and information to complete this form easily and accurately.

Now you have members in your club, how are you going to keep them there? In this fun interactive session, you will learn ways to help keep morale up and ideas to retain members.
E: Leadership –What Makes the Difference- Admiral Room Presented by Lee Burry
In the ever-growing list of leadership tips and tricks that promise great success, come participate in a session that focuses on some of the core components of leadership that will allow individuals to not only create a strong foundation for their clubs, zones or districts, but promotes a culture that can keep Kin sustainable moving forward.
F: Volunteer Management- Vanguard Room 1 Presented by Christine Ewing, Marking Coordinator, Kin Canada
Whether you’re struggling to find enough volunteers or you have them lined up out the door, this session will help you plan, implement and maintain a successful volunteer program. Optimal use of volunteers is critical to engage them, keep them coming back and turn non-members into members. You will be given resources to take with you and use when planning your club’s next event.
